Cool Ideas not so cool after all

I app**** on 08 January 2020 for the 100 Mbps fibre line. There was initially a mix up between the two lines at my property (the other line is connected to a different service provider and in the name of my tenant). This was however sorted and we could finally place the order for Cool Ideas to place the order and provision the line. It is 27 January 2020 and we still have no connection as Cool Ideas keep on providing different reasons why the credentials provided do not work. Frustrated by the process and lack of communication I am ready to give up and go somewhere else. Even the threat of cancelling did not seeem to phase anyone as they just reply "I will put you through" and then you wait, and wait, and wait. Not good, not acceptable. My suggestion: Pick someone else!
