Cool Ideas not so cool...
We have been struggling for a month to get assistance from Cool Ideas to get our service running. We have guest arriving from overseas and they cannot believe that the service is so bad. We have paid the deposits and everything on time as requested by Cool Ideas, But when it comes time for them to delivery.... Nothing happens. I cannot even get through to a manager for any assistance.... would not recommend them...

We are sorry to hear of this frustration
Upon investigating we see that our team requested you fill out a sign up form on the 25th of March as you were signing up on behalf of a client. the responses we received after this were just questions you had and no sign up form was submitted during this time which caused the delay in completion. unforutnately there is very little we can do without a signed agreement.
We believe someone from our team has since been in touch and walked you through the sign up process successfully. we are happy about this and trust all is now in order.

It must have been your accounts department that were investigating as they are also clearly *********** and misinformed. I still keep on getting referred to different people with no results. Furthermore my accounts got mixed up by your accounts department and now I am overpaying because I don't want the service suspended as only god know how long that would take to resolve. No one want to claim responsibility or follow through and actually provide some service.
I am really disappointed in the service I have received and hope to get better service/results at you offices.
