Cool ideas not so cool!!

Cool ideas contract only works in favour of the service provider, take note that should they fail as per their own agreement you are still liable for a full months notice period even though the service being delivered is subpar.

after numerous calls on the same issue over the past 3 months there is still no resolution and even though they will release the line for an alternative supplier, we are still liable for a full month. • Should Cool Ideas commit a breach of any of the provisions of these Conditions and fail to remedy that breach within 7 business days after receipt from the Customer of written notice calling upon it so to do, then the Customer will be entitled to either: o enforce specific performance of the terms hereof; or o cancel the Services with effect from the beginning of the following calendar month and recover such damages as it may have sustained, subject to the provisions of clause 2.
