Cool Ideas not so COOL
Absolute pits. Signed up on the 3rd June 2024 (self installation) as we have fibre line already. We collected the device same day, to date we still dont have internet after a making a million calls to both Cool ideas and Vumatel. This is the worst experience we have ever had. After a numerous phone calls and emails we are still here NO INTERNET. I DO NOT recommend COOL IDEAS
