Cool Ideas not servicing customers
This is the most appalling service in history. I have repeatedly tried to get them to fix my internet. They say they will get back to me but typical South African company thinking. Why should they care. This is utterly unacceptable. Not to talk about the slow speeds when I am paying for one of the top speeds.
