Cool Ideas - not cool! They will get you hot under the collar for days.

Cool Ideas are our service provider for our fibre connection. We have been complaining for the past 5 days of the constant breaks in our connection - sometime 5 - 8 times in an hour. After many many telephone calls ( I have kept a very precise record of proceedings) and promises, I have no satisfaction. They keep on promising that will send out a technician to replace my Router. You are not able to speak to anyone in Management (requested on various occasions). I have no option to cancel their service - in all probability, the worst service provider that I have worked with.
