Cool Ideas - not Cool!
Once again another ******* ISP company. No internet for two days and all I hear is blame Vumatel! Paying for 100/100 but for the last few months only getting 20/20 and no adjustments to my monthly bill!

Upon investigating we see that your link is currently down from the Vumatel side. this has been logged with their support team and is sitting with the maintenance team for their attention. you can interact on your support ticket for updates.
further to this we see that 2 months ago you logged a ticket regarding your speeds where it was picked up that your line was incorrectly patched by the Vumatel team and you were receiving another ISP's IP address. the Vumatel team as well as the Cool Ideas team attempted to contact you numerous times to assist to no avail. kindly respond to any tickets that you have open. our team will also attempt to contact you again once the fibre line is restored.
