Cool Ideas - Not Cool at all

There has been no internet in the Arcacia complex greenstone since Saturday. We were told that TT Connect will be out to replace UPS by Sunday 12:00 PM 2/2/2019. No one has come to the complex.

I have been phoning Cool Ideas every day, I wait 20 minutes on avg until someone answers, The only answer on the matter I get from the support is that they don't have a timeframe. I also told them they will also need to refund me for the days without Internet which they are not willing to do so.

I'm very frustrated with Cool Ideas do not know how they won best ISP.
