Cool Ideas will leave you with no internet for 3 days, not giving a damn. Blaming Edge fibre provider, whom I do not have a contract with. Empty promises about asking Edge to come and fix. Unprofessional staff, showing no empathy with you problem. Costing me about 30 min of my talk time every time I need to phone back and wait in a call centre line. Stay away from this company..
