Cool Ideas not being cool

Good Day,

Due to unforeseen circumstances I'm unfortunately moving to a new address and will no longer be needing my internet service starting from 1 July 2019.

I did not have prior knowledge about this so I could not have given you sooner notice.

Please make sure the service is canceled starting 1 July 2019 as there will not be money deposited in that account so the debit order cant go off, I don't want this to reflect badly on my credit.

The router that you provided has never been used and can be collected from me but please let me know when the courier will collect.

They responded with:

Please send an email to ********** to cancel your services and they will respond with a confirmation. We need 30days calender months notice for cancellations there for your line will only be cancelled at the end of July. Thank you
