Cool ideas non service provider

Absolutely pathetic!

I have had problems with intermittent service for months.

I get spoken to as if I’m a two year old.

I have NEVER encountered such gross blame shifting in my life, sent a replacement router - simply doesn’t work.

Management completely unreachable, just held on for 13 minutes before giving up again.

No interest in the client other than billing.

Am at my wits end.
