Cool Ideas non responsive, not keen for business

Not only is Cool Ideas COMPLETELY ***********!! They don't know how to read e-mails, ag shem. Tried Twitter, Facebook - none of their call centre agents know how to sign in new customers. I was going to buy the top of the line fibre, but they didn't assist me. In two weeks they couldn't figure out how to process my RICA documents. They stated they are not looking for new business. I give them 12 months before they go under.
