Cool Ideas - NO service assistance to get a New Line activated

Have been a client for years, but I can attest to the other bad reviews - good ISP when all goes well, TERRIBLE service when things don't...

Had a ticket open for New Order Processing, since I moved and they require a new order to handle this process - everything was done in time, and the required information sent - however the support staff is absolutely useless to assist to get the line up. Many times asking questions that have been answered on the ticket before.

Apparently Vumatel is causing the delays, but all CoolIdeas support can do is 'log a request' to the service managers - they have NO drive to try and resolve the issue - even when I'm on the verge of cancelling my service entirely. No feedback, not even when the issue has been escalated multiple times, and I've spoken to numerous support agents (even one more senior).

Next step is to post about the terrible service on social media to keep people away from this 'Service' Provider. Only way to get action is if you hurt their public image, it seems...
