Cool Ideas no response/pathetic support service
Useless in support as usual.
Opened a support ticket on 19/03/2020 2:06 PM, got useless per page responses. Still not resolved.
Asking for feedback on a daily basis but no one gets back to me. Even asked to escalate the matter and yet, no one response to me or try to resolve the issue. Basically paying for a 100Mbps account, only getting 30 - 50 mbps...

02 Apr 2020, 12:14Hi Justin, we are terribly sorry for the frustration experienced. we have received higher than usual requests from customers as everyone is at home due to the lock down, we do not accept that your ticket has not been rep**** to and have escalated this to the technicians supervisor,
