Cool Ideas name change to WORST Ideas

Cool Ideas...should be renamed...WORST IDEA EVER!!! Signed on...sir we cant find your address...after signing up you put in your address and tick it on the map!!! Line connected from the box on the street to my house by Vumatel...no problem there. We will send you a router within 24-48hrs...line was live on Thursday...Friday WORST IDEA helped themselves to my money for the month!!! Well Wednesday now and still no sign of the router and thus still no internet!!! Mailed them...and waiting! Lets see how long cancellation takes!!! Maybe i should follow this up with a letter to My Broadband that keeps posting how great BAD Ideas are...must be paid for!!!
