Cool ideas more like Bad idea!!

Worst expeerience ever!!!! Do yourself a favour and stay away from cool ideas. They dont respond to emails, tickets and never return your call. They are doing you a fafour. I Have never delt with an arugent company like this before!!!!

I dont even want to hear their name again, it was never a "cool idea"to use them, more like Bad Idea!!!

Take my word if you want to get burnt and ignored use them.

Even canceling a month to month is an issue.....I payed all in advance including installation so thank god im not tied to them!!
