Cool Ideas... more like 'Bad Idea'

This is the worst ISP. They are unhelpful, rude and will keep you waiting indefinitely. It has been over 2 months now since I first app**** and I still have not been connected. There exists no sense of urgency and the company expresses no empathy towards their customers.

The way Cool Ideas handle their customers is purely a demonstration of bad practice and should simply not be allowed. If I had known how this business operates, I would never have decided to try and do business with them. They are ambiguous and unless you hound them with calls and emails, they will simply not get back to you.

I will never again use, recommend or support Cool Ideas.
