Cool Ideas Misleading customers

My previous service provider supp**** a fibre line. The fibre line was on the other side of the house and we could not get internet access throughout the house. I cancelled my contract with my previous service provider and subscribed to Cool ideas. After a month of emails. I was informed this morning that in the case of a previous service provide they would not include a new ONT and if the ONT box is moved then I would be charged an additional R1500. This additional cost was not included in the contract. I now do not proper internet access and I am very dissatisfied with Cool Ideas.
