Cool Ideas Lost My Payment

I paid double my account last month for some reason cool ideas says they cannot find the amount. I send them proof of payment and even bank statements to show that I paid them double. Almost a month later my payment is not found.

It just does not make sense how a company can lose R949

A useless bunch, I am now going to officially cancel my contract, I can just pay a company and provide proof, and still, they cannot find the money.
