Cool Ideas - Lies and More Lies

I am tired of the general lack of customer service fro Cool Ideas. It all started terribly with nothing but lies from them when I tried to sign up with them. I was **** to about when I would be online. I was **** to about when I would have my router. I was **** to by the manager who said he would follow up. Now, we add the billing debacle of January. Where I followed up to make sure everything was okay, as there was an unpaid invoice. I was assured it is all sorted. Today I get informed, that the last person I spoke to was wrong (**** to me), I do still have an unpaid invoice. Why should I stay with a company that has *****ed me around so much?
