Cool ideas lies

I was with Vox who was at least honest with me about their line speeds and the rest of their clients and what they were getting. At cool ideas I get sold a 1 Gb line and get 250 mb I must say their techs have been very helpful but as soon as you move up the line to their supervisors they lie

I was told I am an isolated incident yet I open hello peter to check any reviews and low and behold the first review is about how line speeds are sitting at 253 mb on a Gb line

This raises the question why is Cool ideas selling the public a lie and how can they teach their management to lie to the customer

All I asked is for the manager who bosted how he worked at Vuma for 4 years and how he knows everyone to make an effort and come himself and meet with the technician from Vuma ,obviously this is to much effort for them ! they sent a techi nice chap but as I’m standing here I seriously doubt they going to resolve anything

Now most of you that read this will say just move to a new ISP , but why should I have to , why should I inconvenience my family my self because Cool ideas can not deliver on a service I paid for and they sell (quiet proudly)

I’m not asking for miracles I’m simply asking them to deliver

And I’m saying that that their management ( I assume that’s where he works) not lie and try manipulate the truths
