Cool Ideas ISP - worst service
Cool Ideas service is shocking, I logged my relocation request on the 19th of July 2023 and still to this day do not have my line activated. They just keep saying that they are following up and waiting for Vumatel. They never respond and I even had one of their call agents put me on hold mid conversation!!!!
I was told it was a Vumatel line and then out of the blue one of the days I received a mail saying welcome to Octotel!!! when I called to ask what was going on they said no it is Vumatel and they made a mistake, I am still not activated.
Shocking!!
