Cool Ideas ISP Service Failure

Dear Cool Ideas Team,

I have a recurring matter which for the past few weeks occurs every two to three days, and despite my efforts to utilize the email/website ticket system, I only hear back after 48 hrs unless I attempt to call in, and when cut off no additional attempt is made by the Cool Ideas team to revert back to me.

The matter at hand is that my line stops working at various odd times of the day, in this particular case at 05h00 previously 16h00 and other varying days and times. Each fix provided by the Cool Ideas team results in the same reoccurring and it is hampering my work during this period. I need an urgent intervention in this matter, as it has employment ramifications if I cannot deliver my work product on time.
