COOL IDEAS IS USELESS

This is yet another complaint re COOL IDEAS.

They have no ethics or business management or client services. I signed up with them in April and cancelled the contract immediately because they were useless. Took them 9 days to get my fibre up and running and then they wanted to overcharge me! So in cancelling my contract I got an email acknowledging this fact and informing me that my Cool Ideas fibre would cease on 30th June. They have already taken my line away! And ITS NOT the 30th of the month. So they asked me at the beginning to pay an extra 2 days even though I had no fibre. Do you think they will reimburse me for the 2/3 days they have charged me for but taken my wi fi away??

They have to be the most useless fibre company in South Africa! DO NOT sign up with Cool Ideas. There are plenty of other efficient and cheaper options out there.
