cool ideas is the worse service provided

This would be my second escalation via Hello Peter. its been the second month since we app**** for a wifi router we paid and expected service as per the SLA. referring back to my first complaint there was a problem with my address then the line was installed but we could not connect. We then escalated and escalated and every time there was a new story as to why we could not connect. Then we locked a hello peter complaint thinking there would be light at the end of the tunnel no nothing 2 months later we have a line that is connected to the service provided but we cant log in we have not once njoyed the services we paid for this is sad how can you pay for something and two months later you still escalating for a issue to be resolved what more can one do the customer service is terrible and the turn a round time even worse. since last week and Friday we were advised that everything is sorted and we will receive a sms containing the new log in details and yes we are still waiting according to you guys the matter is resolved and we did receive the sms we stated this Monday we have not received anything and the matter was escalated again for a sms and we still waiting for it. can we just please get someone to help us that know what they are doing please
