COOL IDEAS IS *******
I moved houses in July and informed them of this and since then i have not enjoyed their service and they keep on debiting our account despite us having cancelled them. Now they even want to elongate the cancellation process and tell me that the cancellation shall be effective from 31 October so that they can debit my account again.
They are unprofessional and inept. Use at own risk and peril. Utter *******
