Cool Ideas is pretty COOL when it comes to VOIP

I have always had a Telkom Landline as our Vodacom service in the area is almost non-existent. Late last year Telkom told me that they would no longer service our landline if it failed. Two months ago my landline became faulty and Telkom did nothing to fix - but offered me their 'wireless' service (short for Vodacom Cellular service - which already doesn't work). I decided to port my landline to Cool Ideas. From the start Levonne was faaaaantastic. She showed real patience with me when I asked all my questions and answered them in an understandable way. Levonne made suer everything was organised and together with Rose and Iyumeleng I received superb and efficient service. Porting was made easy withe the help of Cool Ideas and I finally have a working 'landline' service running on VOIP over my Fibre line. Thank you to all for making this happen.
