Cool Ideas is pathetic
I have been without WIFI now for 2 weeks after moving to a new address. Cool Ideas does nothing to help their customers. They are a glorified postbox that just says they can do nothing and the fault lies with Vumatel.
Cool Ideas, YOU ARE the customer's point of contact and I deal with Vumatel through you. I am disgusted by your poor service and the generic responses of "Your patience is valued" etc.
Pathetic.
