Cool ideas is not so COOL after all :(
I’ve been complaining about intermittent connectivity since 28 February… and now 5 days later I actually have NO CONNECTIVITY! The consultants don’t seem to communicate with each other as information asked for by one person is asked for AGAIN by the other.
Imagine having to buy data and yet you have paid for WiFi! :(
I’m REALLY disappointed in this (lack of ) service!
