Cool Ideas is AWESOME once again

Cool Ideas has been our fiber ISP for several years (in Midrand on MetroFibre lines). We have progressively upgraded several times. As usual, the latest upgrade from 400 Mbps to 1 Gbps was handled promptly: request made on Monday (a holiday) processed on Tuesday at 06:30 and new gigabit router delivered Wednesday 09:35. At 10:30 our gear was running and logging expected speeds. This kind of service from Cool Ideas is what we've always experienced from them over the years. Their online ticket system is great, and they are prompt and helpful. The only delays were technical issues on the MetroFibre side, like optical cable breaks due to workers digging trenches for water pipes. Two thumbs up for Cool Ideas from us!
