Cool Ideas is a terrible ISP, don't let anyone tell you otherwise

I have never experienced this kind of terrible service from a private business in my life. In the past 3 months i have not had my internet for close to a month, all due to cool ideas not being able to manage simple administration. More recently they have even escalated their horrible service by double charging me for the past two months.

I am certain that this latest development will end with me not having internet for at least another week, any administration with cool ideas in my experience has resulted in my internet line being cancelled for a week or so.

I have never been offered a discount to apologize for this no instead the double charge me.

Trust me stay away from this company !!!
