Cool Ideas Is A **** Stay Away !!!

I wish there was a way to give Cool ideas (No Ideas) no star as that's what they deserve for there bad customer service and lies, doubt they know what the word customer service means. I Opened up a account with Cool Ideas on Black Friday and this was for a 500mbs line ,something my line did not even come close to, after multiple emails and phone calls this issue was not resolved and no one could give me a answer to why, on the 19.01.2023 Cool Ideas turns off my line and gives the port to another client ,never knew this was possible untill Vuma confirmed it,today I am still offline and Cool Ideas keep on saying they waiting on Vumatel, I wish I never moved my line to No Ideas!!!

There is also No Management ever available to speak to at No Ideas ,whoever the owner is of this company should be concerned.
