Cool Ideas Is A Conning, uncaring, unhelpful and useless company

Horrible customer service and revolting connection

I've been with cool ideas for 3 years now and this year has been the wort experience ever Not only can I not get help fixing my connection I've caught multiple consultants lying, not logging tickets and in general not caring I pay R1200 for a 200/200mg and only get 100/34mg The router perminatlly switches over to orange every 2 hours

And this is all after speaking to over 20 consultants paying over R1000 on airtime in 1 month on call ins And I top of it taking 2 months to " fix " which did nothing They put me through numerous amounts of tests coming up 40 sepertate tests a day 3 times a week Technitions done seem qualified or know at all what they speaking of And contradict each other completely To add to everything already been said as stated I pay R1200/month but I realised just the other day for the same package in the same area from the same isp they offering it for cheaper then I'm paying, how long have I been paying more then everyone else? Cool Idea is so ********** that their consultants blame Vodacom for all the issue and when I contact vodocom they say they haven't been contacted by cool ideas and haven't received any ticket

This was the worst and most frustrating experience in my life and it's from a stupid isp? If you want to fight and suffer everyday for a simple connection, join cool idea, honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with
