Cool Ideas is a Bad Idea

Cool Ideas is turning out to be the worst service provider. I have been having too many issues with them this year.

The current is issue is that wifi has been down in Maboneng since the begining of May. I logged calls, made calls and they kept saying they are working on the issue. Then they said the issue was resolved, they asked me to go to my units so that they can call and test the wifi. We agreed that I will be at the unit at 13h00. They didn't call. Eventually I called again. Everytime I call I wait for at least 15 minutes. they never call me back. On this second call they said that the issue should be resolved. They promied to call in 15 minutes. It's now an hour later, they haven't called. I have called them again. I have been on the phone for 30 mins. They are still not able to get someone to call me back and test.

I have mentioned to them several times that I let my units to guest and wifi is one of the essential services I offer. I have been losing business, my clients checked out everytime when they arrived and found no wifi. Then they write bad reviews about my apartments. I need an apology and a refund from Cool Ideas before I escalate this issue further and tell the world about such a **** service.
