COOL IDEAS INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER-Very unproffessional team

I called and spoke to a lady called Lindelani around 12h10 .She was very abrupt and very unhelpful. I requested for the account surname to be updated and she asked me if I am aware that I am the one who app**** for the account which was super condescending. How can I not know I have app**** for fiber. I sent though my FICA documents but my surname is spelled incorrectly. How was my ID and proof of address accepted if the surname captured was Udefi instead of Udeji. She initally couldnt help with changing the fibre password for which you have decided is my cell phone number .Its so funny that other people are able to change the fibre lines name and password and we all installed these in the same period yet cool ideas is fucntioning as if it is in the dark ages as she told me I have to wait for a month to change the password.Please listen to the call and advise if this is how your staff is trained to assist as this is the 3rd/4th time I had to call about the same issue.

I also need to know what is the process to change service providers and how long am I obligated to stay with this service provider contractually because no one ever bothered to clarify that.

Your service is pathetic and this is only the first month. I regret signing up with your team and will tell everyone in our area not to select your service provider as your team is very unproffessional.
