Cool ideas *********** support

Really struggling with cool ideas support staff.

They don't read the ticket and post a template response.

75% of their first line support agents are very bad, misdiagnose problems and actually just waste time.

The other 25% are experienced agents and are excellent, but you can't get a hold of them easily.

Cool ideas is loosing reputation fast because they are employing *********** staff with a bad attitude.
