These guys advertise eonoine app, portal etc. It is all a farce and the really only really deal with form after form. Granted the forms are online but beyond that there is miminal automation and a bunch of useless agents that you speak too. All i wanted was to move my service to a new address. The process is so tedious and frustrating that its easier to cancel and get Telkom or a new service. For a company that calims "best" they are pretty darn useless. well esp to me that does not want to do endless forms and follow ups via telephone in this new age.
