Cool Ideas - I am canceling tomorrow

I have been trying to contact Cool Ideas for a while now with no response from them at all, tried call center, tickets and Facebook. They keep pasting the same update message over and over. I also noticed them deleting Facebook comments as well on their page. This has been the fourth month they been DDOS'ed and i does not look like they making any improvements to prevent this from happening again. I was also miss informed by them, they told me its a maintenance outage only to find out later that its a DDOS attack again...Poor poor service im canceling tomorrow...
