Cool Ideas . .. Here is an idea. . . Never use them!!!!

The absolute worst service ever received! Over 10 days of no connection - they say they dont have call out technicians - my boyfriend landed up going to their offices twice! More than 10 phone calls - and countless hours - still no hope! You would think with such a competitive market they would be concerned over poor customer service and bad reviews - however they cant even bother to respond. Very sad!!! This company will go under soon
