Cool Ideas has ZERO Customer Service / Support

When things work with Cool Ideas there are no problems....but do not have a problem, especially one that lies on their side, as they will do absolutely NOTHING about resolving it. Call the help line and every single representative reads form the say script...We will escalate this and someone will call you back.... What a COMPLETE PACK OF LIES!!!!! Have had an on going issue for over 6 days now, and Cool Ideas has done nothing to resolve it, or get back to me. My PC connects perfectly with a Vodacom 3G card, the moment I switch over to my fibre connection from Cool Ideas, email accounts do not work, and multiple websites cannot load.... despite indicating to Cool Ideas that the problem lies on their side, probably with a DNS Routing issue.... They have made no attempt to rectify, or update me.,
