Cool Ideas? Great service backed up by fantastic support

Moving over to Fibre wasn't as smooth as I expected. I chose Cool Ideas because they received the best rating from MyBroadband's ISP Survey. Now I know why.

Old story. You can have the best food on your menu but if your service sucks, patrons will find another restaurant as long as the service is excellent.
