Cool ideas, Frozen service

Well since my last review nothing much has happened, had internet restored for 4 days then it went off again. Reported to Coolideas and got a ticket - COOL-*** and asked then to please fix the service once and for all. To date no one has called me and the internet is still intermittent. Would not recommend Coolideas as a service provider, they just cannot provide the service. Reason went for Cool ideas is that they are a small company and am avid supporter and promoter of these small providers but cannot part with hard earned money for this type of NON service. They need to step up their game or think of offering another service which is best effort.
