Cool Ideas: From Hero to ZERO
No fibre service for 17 hours straight. Only to follow up and the call agent knows nothing about the outage!!!!! Cool Ideas, you are absolutely pathetic!!!!! To think you were once rated the best in customer service. What the hell happened?!! Please anyone reading this - if you are in the market to sign up for a fibre service, stay as far away from Cool Ideas and Vumatel as you possibly can!! Months of frustration awaits if you decide to go with them!!

apologies for the frustration experienced
We see that there was an ouatge notice sent to us by Vumatel for your area which we posted here https://coolideas.co.za/announcements/7006
they assured us their technicians are aware of the outage and attending to it accordingly, each outage is dealt with as a matter of urgency due to the fact that alot of people are reliant on the fibre for connectivity for work due to the pandemic.
our staff are trained to keep an eye on the announcements page for notices if this was not done we will have the supervisor look into it immediately.
