Cool Ideas Fibre Service

In the past 2 years I've received nothing but outstanding service from Cool Ideas. On occasions of internet connection failure I've phoned them to check if it's an area problem or my line and they are spot on every time with accurate info. Even if I suddenly come back on line and let them know they still issue a service ticket to make sure.
