Cool Ideas Fibre

So I had my fibre line installed by Frogfoot after the area went live in about mid to end of August. I was very satisfied with the installation process. The router arrived about 4 days later and the line was working 100%. I understand the controversy around Cool Ideas in the last month with the whole DDOS attacks but that only resulted in outages of 2 days which they have put measures into place to prevent it in the future. I also understand that other ISP's in the country also experienced this attack so it's not only Cool Ideas. Overall I am very happy with the service they are providing.
