Cool Ideas Fibre

My fiber line was cut off by error. After over 3 hours of calls to the call centre with more than 10 consultants, still nobody have fixed my line which Cool Ideas now say the problem is with Openserve. This after my line bill was increased with 20%. Consultants don't take responsibility to fix a error to the end.
