Cool Ideas failing to connect internet service on a box already installed in the apartment
It has been 5 days since I requested a new internet service for my new apartment. There is already an internet box installed in the apartment, and the service coverage is provided by Vumatel. I can't understand why it's taking more than a week to connect us to the internet. Cool Ideas, I can't comprehend why you are failing to connect me to the internet when there is already an active box. This is very frustrating, as I shouldn't have to fight to pay for a service.
