Cool Ideas, don't care. No internet.

Terrible attitude and just **** service. Our internet has been intermittent this whole month and now we have no internet at all. Called cool ideas and told its Evotel, even got email from cool ideas that says outage from 1 September and client will experience on and off internet with no Eta on when the problem will be fixed. We paying for a service and not getting it. Be careful with this company that actually doesn't care.
