Cool ideas doesn't care
You don't even deserve 1 Star. My problem is sitting for weeks now and all you said after 2 weeks is escalated to vumatel.
Just refund my money and let me move to another provider. Enough of you not taking responsibility and not fixing connectivity problem that is ongoing.
You are very good at sending bill on 1st of every month.
Enough is enough

You sent me invoice today for another month, mean time problem unresolved. When are you going to resolve. We going in to week 4.
