Cool Ideas disaster

Ever since it was announced that more bandwidth would be given to ISPs, my internet become inconsistent. I have called cool ideas customer support, to tell them that I am experiencing 30% packet loss. Cool ideas tech support promised to send my an ticket to log the error, it never happened.

I have a 100mbps fibre line and currently I am getting 20mbps.

Im an getting 30% packet loss. Poor quality and negligent customer service.
